When you register for a free profile on PhD Insiders, you can indicate whether you are a Lab (or PI) versus a candidate. This choice will allow us to tailor your experience specific to your needs.

Job posting is limited to Lab accounts and can be done easily from the the user dashboard. Select ‘Submit a Job’, choose “free job posting”, and complete your posting. We will approve, reject, or request revision of your job posting within 48 hours.

Of course! While we do encourage users to make their profiles visible because it allows labs to invite you to network or apply for their jobs, you can choose to hide your profile in your dashboard. Hide your profile until you’re ready to make it live with a click of a button.

 Upon sign in, you will be shown a “My account” page where you can adjust your username, profile info, and password.
